Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

As instalações do hotel estão sem manutenção. Torneiras quebradas. Ambiente escuro e mal cuidado. Vazamentos no banheiro, infiltrações e mofo no teto; aranha encontrada na cama, ar-condicionado parou de funcionar. O atendimento deixou a desejar: a recepcionista Sintia foi muito mal educada e ríspida. Não nos sentimos acolhidos pela recepção. Com exceção da Geane, que foi atenciosa conosco, o atendimento precisa melhorar muito.

Fiquei hospedado por quatro diárias, não houve limpeza do quarto ou troca de toalhas. A ducha higiênica estava vazando e foi preciso dois dias para consertarem. Me ofereceram uma troca de quarto, mas estava em condições piores que o primeiro. O café da manhã é bom, assim como a localização.

As camas são de ótima qualidade, mas o banheiro não tem tapete, e o chão do quarto e do banheiro fica todo molhado e a porta não fecha. Também não tem toalha de mão no banheiro e nem telefone para acesso a portaria. E não há nenhum lembrete informando wi fi. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento também, e o hotel é bem localizado.
