Desproporcional ao valor R$230.. Nao vale 100$.. Nao vou falar muito.. Local centro, perigoso .. estacionamento 30 reais cobrado pelo hotel soube no outro dia q poderia ter pago 24 direto no local.. Café da Manhã nao tinha OVO o resto nao preciso nem falar.. (funcionária falou q pelo custo foi tirado).. Ar condicionado sem pilha e sem retorno da recepção (esperei 4h e nada) usei a pilha do meu barbeador... ao Final fui falar com a recepção RENATO.. Despreso total.. mandou eu escrever num papel de SUGESTÃO hehehhe sério? Papel de sugestao e URNA.. Enfim nao fiquem custo beneficio o mais absurdo q tive em BH

O ar condicionado fez barulho como se o compressor estivesse ruim e pingou a noite toda; o chuveiro parou de sair água 2x enquanto tomava banho. Na hora do checkout nos cobraram uma taxa alegando que manchamos a fronha com uma gota de sangue, mas ninguém se machucou… infelizmente não havia conferido tudo quando cheguei…

Estadia maravilhosa

Incrível... Não conhecia a hospedagem, mas me surpreendeu muito, atendimento, limpeza, comodidade, localização (ótima), café da manhã (diversificado), tudo impecável. Apenas uma ressalva, para quem não gosta de barulho, a noite pode não curtir por conta do barulho na rua...Mas, recomendo a estadia e pretendo retornar quando for para Belo Horizonte novamente.

Então tive problemas com o primeiro quarto ,chuveiro não funcionou ,trocou , porém no segundo o ar condicionado e a tv não funcionou.. aí desisti e fiquei nele mesmo. Porém é chato , já que não houve o cuidado de conferir se estava tudo ok. No segundo quarto.

Muito barulho externo

Muito barulho externo. De dia foi impossível dormir. Ouvia-se barulho de carros e mulher falando no microfone até noite. Outro ponto negativo: hospede do lado aproveitou os bancos que ficam no andar para sentar e falar no celular por horas. Não ficava no quarto, mas falando alto no celular atrapalhando o sossego. O café da manhã ofereceu poucas opções, suco muito aguado, bolo muito doce.

Despreparado e desorganizado

Fiz uma reserva de quarto duplo. Com 2 camas de solteiro e reservaram quarto casal e nao tinha disponibilidade de troca. So havia um cobertor no quarto, solicitei mais um pois estava muito frio e informaram que nao tinham mais acesso ao local de reserva. Na saida me cobraram uma taxa extra de limpeza do lencól por uma pequena sujeira de suco, sdndo que seria necessario a lavagem normal por motivo de troca de hóspedes.

Tolhas velhas, portas velhas, maçanetas velhas, porta de vidro do banheiro sem(faltando). Elevadores antigos. Criado mudo fixo junto a cama, com a quinta pontiaguda. Pode causar acidentes com a cabeça.

Chegamos após o horário de check-in e o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Tenho a impressão que o wifi era desligado durante a noite e religado pela manhã. Havia um desencontro de informações sobre o café da manhã, nós quase perdemos no domingo por conta disso (no quarto estava café da manhã aos domingos: das 7h às 11h, e depois descobrimos que era até 10h30). Alguns funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos, outros nem tanto. No banheiro do quarto havia um vazamento.
