It could be better

The sink was clogged and the conditions of the walls could be better. The other guests were really noisy, especially in the morning and at midnight.

The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

Escolhi o hotel por aceitar Pet, porém não está claro na reserva que o Pet tb paga diária. Além disso o colchão e travesseiros eram desconfortáveis, os travesseiros muito baixos e a cama cim colchão velho e afundando. Eu e meu marido dormimos mal e acordamos com dor na coluna. Para piorar, meu marido usou um copo do frigobar para beber água assim que chegamos e após usar observou que estava sujo de batom. Reclamei na recepção e o funcionário disse algo como "não sou eu quem lava o copo", mostrando total falta de treinamento para lidar com a situação. Para coroar a estadia, meu vestido quase furou em um prego atravessado na porta e praticamente solto. Ah...as janelas também não param abertas e ni ato da reserva informam que o estacionamento é gratuito mediante disponibilidade, mas chegando la, avisam que a vaga é dupla e se o carro pernoitar no local há uma taxa de 10 reais

Achei razoável .Aspectos bons foram a área de lazer que tem piscina e um espaço grande que dá pra ver a cidade e o chuveiro do quarto .Mas o café da manhã achei bem razoável , terceirizado ,uns produtos gelados,velhos e uns sem gosto de nada .No quarto as toalhas estavam encardidas com manchas ,o box do banheiro se você vira bate o cotovelo no vidro ,só tem um travesseiro por cama alto e duro ,a acústica também é ruim escura tudo do quarto de cima e do lado . Não voltaria .

Estranhei apenas que não tenham arrumado a cama e o quarto de um dia para o outro nas duas diárias que permaneci no hotel. O quarto é grande e confortável, mas, como na maioria dos hoteis, mal iluminado, sobretudo na mesinha de trabalho.

Esperava mais considerando o preço pago

Achei que o hotel cobra muito caro para o que oferece. O quarto estava extremamente frio e sem calefação. Lençóis sujos no dia que cheguei. Manta no guarda-roupa usada. A cozinha é terceirizada. Precisei de uma xícara de água quente para fazer um chá e foi uma burocracia tremenda. Tive que dizer que pagava pela xícara de água quente para eles liberarem. Vieram quatro pessoas e não resolveram essa coisa simples. Na quinta pessoa que me atendeu foi que liberou a água e não cobrou. A internet é boa. A cama é confortável. O quarto é grande, com frigobar e mesa para trabalhar.. Água quente no chuveiro e na pia. O staff é, na medida do possível, atencioso. A localização é boa. Fica em media a 5km da UFMG. Digo em média porque depende do setor da UFMG que vc vai. Tem farmácia, restaurante e padaria próximo.

Se você busca por um bom café da manhã, é melhor ir tomar café em uma padaria! Pão de queijo, bolo, e até mesmo o pão de forma duro e velho! E com poucas variedades. Em 2025 a tv é a cabo, e com vários canais bloqueados, não tem opção Netflix, YouTube ou qualquer outro. Nem SBT passa! O quarto é bom, a cama é de mola, eu particularmente não acho confortável, porém é melhor que nada! O chuveiro é muito bom! Ducha quente e agradável! É a segunda vez que hospedo no hotel, e essa será a última, pois precisei ficar o período da manhã no hotel, e decepcionei com café e tv. Se você vai só dormir, é uma boa opção!

Vc tem frigobar mas não tem copo para tomar qualquer bebida. Vc procura os ramais para fazer pedidos e não encontra no quarto. Vc desce para o café da manhã e descobre que não está incluso. Sobe para a piscina e não tem acesso porque o reconhecimento facial não foi bem feito. Entra no elevador social e encontra funcionarias sujas e com blusa desabotoada.
