I have stayed in many high end hotels throughout the world and I have to say that this experience was superb from start to finish. Staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room was superb and the setting was also great. All rooms are individually designed and the building dates back to the 15th century, so is characterful in many regards. If you're in Chambéry and you want a really good place to stay, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Be mindful that there is no TV which is fine for the fact that this is a relaxing and thoughtful retreat - the wifi isn't great but againn as above. There is also no air con just a fan - we were ok with this but it can get pretty hot! Beautifully presented rooms - really lovely stay and will be back for sure.

Excellent hotel for a stop off . Clean room , basic, but good for the night. Staff very helpful and kind. No air-conditioning but gave us a fan in the room. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice. Free Secure motorcycle parking was a bonus .

Quaint hotel, great service, beautiful location.

Great hotel for a short overnight stay. Close enough to the main roads with secure parking and still walking distance to be able to get something to eat. I will admit I've been there before which was a factor in my choice and would go there again.

Asked me to pay breakfast while in my booking I had all included... was a bit strange!

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back north. The hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfortable, the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but the bar serves a nice selection without needing to go out. The hotel is ideally positioned to visit Annecy or do what we did and visit Mont Revard with outstanding views of the lake right next to the hotel, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Lovely hotel lovely staff they couldn't do enough for you we had a family room on the top floor this was lovely too we stayed at the⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ kayla Last year our room at the ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Le tremplin was just as nice Great breakfast, great location for the slopes bars etc Nothing really to moan about we would definitely go back
