"Nice apartment for the price. Ashvin and his wife are very pleasant people. The lady housekeeper was very nice also. Walkable to the big mall and food court and walkable to the beach and bus line to other beaches. All in all a very enjoyable stay."

"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "The apartment itself is really nicely furnished and the restaurant is good. Value for money is good A few remarks despite (1) NOT a Kids-friendly place (the pool is too deep, no sidewalks anywhere around) (2) The area is dead, there is no chance to walk anywhere (3) NO AirCon in the appt (only in the bedroom) (4) we had mould in 1 bathroom, unacceptable "
