Wasn't what I expected. Unable to use pool before 10a. No bathtub, thought I booked a room with a tub. Minibar was out and out banditry! Breakfast was awesome! Was never informed where anything was, restaurant, pool, gym...had to gind it on my own.

Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino
The staff was extremely helpful, definitely were very knowledgeable of the menu and activities around the property, specially the Luna staff including Richard, Rayny, Bryan, Wilmer, Jessica, Jose, Viany, Wagner and Eudy, definitely made my stay 1000% more pleasant that it should’ve been.
