Very old property, roomed smelled terrible, you could barely turn around in the bathroom. Way overpriced. Very strong smell of pool chemicals in the hallway. Not far from airport but that is the only thing that I appreciated.
This hotel is very convenient to the airport. It’s very clean and has a friendly, helpful staff. We appreciated that they went out of their way to accommodate us.
Was charged a hidden fee for my pet. Was not in any of Expedia web page or the web page for supper 8 web page. Had I known that a twenty five dollar hidden pet fee was going to be charged I would have chosen a higher quality hotel for the same price
Our particular room had old lighting fixtures. I also had them get me a different blanket as the one on the bed was old and very thin. The manager made sure that a newer blanket was brought up to me almost immediately. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
It was one of the quietest hotels I’ve been in for a very long time. I found the staff at the front desk, pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely appointed.
Breakfast was limited. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, packets of quick oatmeal, and apples.
Convenient. I liked the breakfast. I would have preferred an ice machine on my floor. Parking was a bit tight.

Room smells like mold or something. Breakfast needs improvement. Sink water pressure very low and didn't drain well. Don't want to stay there ever again! It'd be worth paying more somewhere else.

The lobby was aesthetically pleasing, however the halls on the first floor had a musty smell and the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. The bed was comfortable but the room was noisy, we could hear the tv and conversations in the surrounding rooms most of the night.

The water was off for 4 hours. The staff was rude when I asked about a refund so we could book somewhere else as they couldn’t tell us if and when the water would be back on.

Made a reservation based on pet friendly advertising but was turned away due to having 3 dogs. Stated their limit was 2. No information about this anywhere on expedia. Excuse was 3rd party sites dont have access to our policies. Very upset.

Dirty bathroom. The dog area was gross. I would not let my dog near it after I walked over to it. I stayed there because their site showed a nice dog yard. You have to sign your life away to have a pet. You get nothing for it. $50 for nothing but threats.
They called me and said I would get back money because of the dirty bathroom. That didn’t happen.

Based on the high reviews, I was surprised by the condition of the facility. There was a sticky spot on the carpet, rust on the door frame in the bathroom, some mold on the caulk in the shower, and the bathroom door didn't latch closed. The pillows were nice and the beds were good, but overall my experience fell short of expectations.

This place is phenomenal, the staff and facility are always top-notch. We have had a crew stay here for the last 6months and we have never had a problem. Jason, the manager, is a true professional. He is always making sure my guys are taken care of. He is just a good man with a good soul!! All the staff is very nice..
