Dear Susane, Thank you for taking time to write us a review. We are not quite sure that we understand your comments about housekeeping and reception. Housekeeping is available every day starting from 07am till 2pm. Reception is open 24/7. Yes, we are 4 star hotel and we do not have iron and board in every room, Mini bar fridge is standard size, it's basicly for hotel drinks only, AC is working as you set it, you can do it from your room directly. If you had some problems with it during your stay in 5 days, you could tell us on reception. When you put do not disturb sign, housekeeping is not entering the room.
