Very good hotel with really excellent staff. Helpful and polite people in reception and restaurant. Good breakfast. Location close to the centre, within walking distance. The only problem I had is related to condition/cleanliness - despite this being a relatively new hotel, there was already a lot of mold accumulated in the shower corners and seals as well as in parts of the sink. The window curtains did not completely block the light.

Very good

I decided to book a longer stay. I found the hotel to be very guest-focused. I arrived way too early but wanted to drop a heavy bag off, the staff did this no problem after finding me on the system. They then checked me in at about 1pm and called through to check the room was made up, which it was. The room itself was very good. The bed was lovely and I slept well. The location of the hotel is also good. It’s about a ten minute walk from good restaurants and sights. The breakfast is absolutely amazing here. It’s a full self service continental style breakfast with hard boiled eggs, sausage, orange juice, apple juice, lovely pastries and cured meats. Much more than this but I wanted to give some brief detail. The hotel is very clean.

The hotel is located a bit of a walk to the center, which I didn't mind. The botanical gardens are two blocks away, and I found a lovely place for breakfast and evening drinks a few blocks away. Farmers market is not far and lots of dining options within walking distance.

I never write reviews, but this hotel was special. Immaculately clean, helpful friendly staff, and very nice restaurant. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again when I visit Belgrade. I was pleasantly surprised.

The hotel é bom e quase-fatisfatório.

A estada foi ótima, funcionários gentis, café da manhã satisfatório, quarto confortável. Para uma família de 4 pessoas (3 mulheres e um homem) é necessário colocar mais rolos de papel higiênico no quarto por dia. Não se deve economizar higiene! A localização do hotel é muito boa. O box do banheiro é aberto, fato que molha o banheiro durante o banho. A cama de solteiro é pequena e o cholchão muito douro!
