Une honte cet hôtel, les couloirs sont sales pas aspiré ni nettoyer, des trous dans les murs, cafards, les stores dans la chambre défoncés, les toilettes horribles (urine sur la cuvette, papier qui traîne par terre), le personnels qui n’ai même pas formé). On a pris nos valises et on est parti aussitôt, je vais écrire à expédia et demander le remboursement ce n’est pas possible d’être logé dans des conditions pareils.

Although we have booked and paid the rooms were not available and the recwption could not speak one word of english...and tge manager was not available and they did not care that it was almost 1 AM in the morning...also at the entraance the smell was very strong ...

Disappointed

The building was very rundown. The outer had panels falling off. The staircase to the rooms had the carpet lifted off. No air or lift. The breakfast was very high in low fibre foods and high sugar products. The people that worked there were helpful and friendly.

Lamentable…

Problème de réservation à l’accueil, beaucoup de monde, on me donne une carte d’une chambre déjà attribuée… Je réserve une chambre double, je me retrouve avec lit jumeau + un superposé… État de délabrement général (chambre, commun, extérieur), propreté douteuse, moisissures… Chaleur difficilement supportable dans les chambres… Beaucoup de bruit la nuit (mur en papier cigarette) et de bonne heure des femmes de chambre, qui toque avant 9h… Établissement à fuir et à raser!!!

Zone où on ne se sent pas vraiment en sécurité, peur de ne pas retrouver notre voiture intacte au matin (mais finalement si) et partie communes vétustes, tachées, pas d’ascenseur et escalier trop étroit Sinon chambre moyenne et personnel à l’accueil serviable…pas regardé les avis avant de réserver, trop pris confiance en voyant noté Ibis

Staff were great. Easy access on the edge of town. A pharmacy next door. Easy to get to restaurants. Downside: lots of small holes in the walls which is discomforting. Shower stall way too small. First night tons of noise at 5am, quiet after that. Again, staff wonderful. Would stay there again.

Indigne de l’enseigne ibis budget.

Cet hôtel est une blague. C’est un concentré de tout ce qu’il ne faut pas faire. Déjà, l’état général ne rend pas les lieux très accueillants. Bazar partout, masqué avec des rideaux, musique ragga à fond à tel point qu’on a du mal à parler avec le réceptionniste pour le Check in. Moquette usée et sale, escaliers minuscules, papier peint avec des grandes feuilles vertes qui jure avec le reste de la décoration et qui est posé par patches, certainement pour masquer certains défauts des murs. En moins de 24h (arrivée 18h - départ 8h) : - changement de chambre parce que pas d’électricité dans la salle de bains dans la première. Pas de lumière dans l’espace bureau de la seconde, mais on allait pas changer une seconde fois. - « je vous en prie, Chef ! » quand on me présente le terminal de paiement pour la taxe de séjour, … pas top. - personne de l’hôtel qui fait irruption dans notre chambre alors que nous y étions - 3 cafards - night audit qui re-magnétise notre carte sans même vérifier que nous sommes bien dans la chambre dans laquelle nous prétendons être … pas top pour la sécurité, il suffit de se pointer avec une carte d’un autre ibis, demander une chambre précise pour y avoir accès … Ancien collaborateur du groupe ACCOR sur cette gamme d’hôtel, cet établissement est indigne de l’enseigne. Il ne lui reste plus qu’à travailler avec les services sociaux pour de l’hébergement d’urgence, ce qu’il semble déjà faire …

Cheap and cheerful

It says "budget" and they mean it: small rooms and very few amenities, and a little bit out of town. No complaints for the price: we paid EUR 35 per room. No extra charge for parking. There is no elevator. A buffet breakfast is available, otherwise there is a snack vending machine in the lobby and a cafe over the road.

Je déconseille vivement, cet établissement devrait être fermé, je ne comprends pas comment c est possible de rester ouvert Sale, odeur , pas de petits déjeuner alors qu ils étaient compris! Environment dangereux!

Arrivé au parking de l’hôtel à 11heures du soir: là toute une faune faisait je ne sais quel trafic, impression d’insécurité totale, mais qu’importe je voulais me coucher, c’est tout. Là je me gare et de drôles de gens commencent à être intéressés par ma décapotable allemande toute neuve: j’ai compris que si je dormais là je ne la retrouverais pas au matin. Je suis donc parti, malgré ma nuit d’hôtel déjà payée, faire quelques kilomètres pour trouver un autre hôtel, mais “safe” celui-ci !

Partie commune dans un état déplorable, lors de mon arrivée, on m’a donné une chambre déjà occupé, j’ai demandé à annuler mon séjour après une nuit qui m’a été refusé. J’ai du prendre un autre hôtel à mes frais. Le pire séjour que j’ai jamais eu.

Hotel à eviter à tout prix

Hotel insalubre, pas digne de représenter le groupe Accor. Établissement à l'abandon, parties communes sales, odeurs d'humidité et de crasse. Décharge en face des fenêtres. Jeune homme à l'accueil aimable mais comment laisser des salariés travailler dans ces conditions ? Petit dejeuner correct. Vous l'aurez compris, fuyez cet ibis !!!
