"The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties.

The room was dirty, the bed was so hard, the pillows were so old, and the bathroom was so filthy—no AC in the hotel common areas. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
