"Everything perfect"

"Disappointing Experience – Not Even Close to 4 Stars I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being listed as a 4-star property, it didn’t even meet basic expectations. Service: Upon arrival, there was no welcome or any friendly interaction from the front desk. The staff didn’t speak English, which made even basic communication difficult. This was a huge issue for me, especially when trying to resolve problems with the room. Room Conditions: The room was dirty, with no lights working. After reporting this, the staff eventually came to replace the bulb. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken tap and overall filthiness. To top it off, there was no hot water for a day, and we were left without water entirely for a period. Food & Drinks: We booked all-inclusive, but the food and drink situation was a joke. Breakfast had very limited options, and when we arrived at 8:30 AM (with breakfast until 9 AM), they told us everything was finished. There was also no alcohol included in the all-inclusive package; we were only given wine, and any beer or other spirits came with an extra charge. This was a major letdown considering we paid for all-inclusive. Wi-Fi & Amenities: Wi-Fi wasn’t free; we had to pay an additional €5 per day for access, which is not acceptable in this day and age. There were many broken amenities in the hotel, making it clear that maintenance was not a priority. "

"Our recent experience at the hotel was exceptionally positive. While the establishment may not be a sprawling, high-end resort with an extensive workforce, it distinguishes itself through its outstanding staff. The personnel consistently demonstrated kindness and a positive demeanor, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort. The culinary offerings were abundant and flavorful; while one day's selections did not fully align with my preferences, I was still able to enjoy a satisfying meal. The food was consistently fresh, well-prepared, and offered a variety of hot and cold options, along with a selection of beverages. (Consideration could be given to providing additional fruit options between-meal as a snacks, and expanding the variety of hot dishes.) The pool area maintained a high standard of cleanliness, with regular maintenance. The hotel is undeniably family-friendly. Guests who exhibit courtesy and respect towards the staff are treated with a welcoming warmth. The hotel provides private transfer services from Antalya airport at a competitive rate. Furthermore, the private beach is conveniently located, just a short two-minute walk away. Would I consider a return visit? Absolutely. Do I recommend this hotel? Without doubt, yes. "

"I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet! "

"Rooms are by the far the worst rooms I ever seen in a hotel , as for the food dont fall for the all inclusive trick , the only drinks available is water don't try the coffee or the juice is not drinkable, as for the pool it's a dirty, there was an electric cable inside the pool wrapped with duct tape after I reported it they removed it along with the pool lights , as for the food is fried vegetables and chicken organs ( not chicken meat ) chicken stomach!! Not only the pool is trash but you are not allowed to swim after 6 pm !! The shower is falling apart and it's just a toilet with a rusty shower head . Don't get tricked by the photos they posted them when they probably built the hotel new but now the hotel looks like it's an abandoned building ."

"Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderbaren Ort, wo das Grün, die Natur und das Meer von Antalya aufeinandertreffen. Der Swimmingpool ist ideal für Kinder, und es ist schön, dass das Meer zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, entlang der Küste spazieren zu gehen. Die Zimmer sind von idealer Größe und mit Klimaanlage, Fernseher und Warmwasser ausgestattet. Bett und Bettwäsche waren sauber. Statt eines klassischen Hotels findet man hier eher eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Meiner Meinung nach ist es eine schöne Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis."
