Although it’s situated very close to the sea, you have to walk like less than 5 minutes to access the beach, and like around 20 minutes to reach the closest beach hub, Beau Vallon. Only draw back is currently constructionwork ongoing close by in the daytime and most annoying 3 small dogs Barking more or less 24/7. Ofcourse mostly irritations during night. "
