Awesome hotel! The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing.

The room was not the room that was I paid for. No elevator- Ac did not get cold in the bed room - I called day 1 and it was not addressed until the last day of my trip - I was told that they would take 75 dollars off of the total price… it didn’t happen. Expedia please do better. I asked the staff why my room was not the room that I paid for and was told. “ I don’t know e sure to bring it to Expedia attention “…. Exactly customer service..

I arrived to find the ice machine was broken. I continued into my room where I found my mini fridge wide open, all the beverages inside were warm. I went to put my clothes away when I found the drawer was broken and missing a knob. All these issues found within 10 minutes of checking in. Later on before bed I tried closing the blackout curtains which would not move by hand because they were mechanical. The button for the sheer curtain worked fine, but the button for the blackout curtains was malfunctioning and would stop every few inches. Taking me 5 minutes to close the blackout pushing the button over and over. We had the same issue attempting to open the blackout curtains and resorted to leaving them closed because of the hassle, leaving us in a dark room for the weekend. All in all extremely disappointed in the room. The rooms here are expensive and we were expecting more attention to detail. Unfortunately the subpar room we were given did not match the expensive price we were charged.
