Their dining room staff with the dedicated leadership of Carlotta is at the highest levels of hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the incredible new 12 course tasting menu one evening. The indoors and out door pools are inviting with a spa-like atmosphere. The front desk staff is eager to assist, including loading and unloading luggages. "This is a great hotel close to many great attractions and dining opportunities. Staff were very helpful and the rooftop bar was great. Be aware that parking is underground across from the property and you need a code to scan for the garage. That might be one improvement they could consider, sending the bar code by email so that you don't have to go to the hotel before parking. Other than that detail it was great all around."
