음식을 해먹을 레지던스 호텔로는 적당

레지던스 호텔이라 방에 모든 주방용품이 있음. 음식을 해 먹을 생각이면 좋은 선택. 위치는 지하철역이나 번화가에서 많이 떨어져 있어서 외짐. 주변에 상점이나 식당 등이 거의 없음. 장기 투숙하는 사람들이 많이 보임. 개를 데리고 다니는 사람도 여럿 있었음. 위치: 지하철 2, 13호선과 airport express가 있는 동지먼역에서 걸어서 20분. 상당히 멀었음. 주변에 갈 만한 식당은 딘타이펑 정도. 서비스: 직원들이 영어를 잘해서 소통이 괜찮았음. 로비 한 쪽에 각종 식품을 살 수 있는 자판기가 여럿 있음. 그러나 휴대전화에 alipay나 wechatpay 같은 모바일 결제가 등록돼 있지 않으면 사용 불가. 방에도 우산이 있고, 로비 입구에서도 우산을 빌려줌. 마침 이곳에 묵은 날 비가 많이 내려서 우산을 잘 빌려 썼음. 방: 꽤 넓음. 청소 상태는 그렇게 깨끗하진 않았음. 욕실에 있는 컵에 전에 묵은 사람이 묻혀 놓은 화장품 자국 등이 그대로 있었음.

Touch of heaven

Oakwood Residences is an amazing Hotel. All the staff I interacted with spoke English and was very helpful. The building is secure, with even the restaurant open to guests only.

A wonderful stay

Delightful stay that I would recommend to all. The cute robots made the stay a little more special although a little intimidating having them in the lift as the doors open.

Weiterhin Spitze mit kleinen Mängeln

Bei meiner Übernachtung vor einer Woche zeigte ich mich noch durchgehend positiv. Dieses Mal muss ich ein Zimmer erwischt haben, in dem schon länger die Fugen im Bad nicht erneuert worden sind… Ansonsten aber wie immer gut.

Endlich offen für Kurzzeit Aufenthalte

Es handelt sich eingentlich um ein Langzeit-Apartment-Hotel, in welchem ich bereits 2 Jahre gelebt habe und das sich nun auch für Kurzzeit Aufenthalte öffnet. Ein absolut toller Standard, Service und die Lage zur Airport-Express Station Dongzhimen machen es immer wieder zu meiner Wahl.

長期滞在には最適。

地下鉄駅から徒歩15分と、立地条件は良くないもののそれ以外はトップクラスの長期滞在型ホテルです。料理器材は完璧。洗濯機も装備。ただ短期の観光用にはオススメ度はイマイチとしました。

TRES BON APPART'HOTEL A PEKIN

Séjour en famille à Pékin. Très confortable,propre, complet. restaurant de l'hôtel bon. Un bémol : un peu loin des spots de Pékin, environ 25 minutes pour Tien an men et Cité Interdite.

Was an excellent hotel - like an apartment!!

I was there for 10 days, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, brand new looking! had washer/dryer & full kitchen. Daily maid service, small convenience store, work out facility, spa, indoor playroom for young children, outdoor play scape. Tennis courts were closed for winter.

Nice, place to stay for longer visits

I love staying at Oakwood properties. it is terrific to have a kitchen, washer/dryer, and more space. This property was in excellent condition and also had a staff that mostly spoke English (which isn't the norm in Beijing). I would have liked a bigger bathroom (which might have been available in upgraded rooms). Excellent value. Reasonable priced food and beverages. Also liked that they had a small convenient store in the hotel.

Great room for familes

We had a very nice stay at Oakwood. We found the two bedroom to be perfect for our family of four. It was a spacious room that allowed us to settle in for a few nights. The kitchen had a lot of supplies and we were able to make coffee and have a quick breakfast before heading out. The only "con" is the location. We were pretty far from anything but Beijing is huge so it might be a problem anywhere.

Recommended to stay with families and friends!

I had a nice stay here with friends for 3 days. We stayed in 2 bedrooms suite. I totally in love with the kitchen, i could cook there! And staff were nice too.

Photos don't tell the truth

The location on the hotels.com website had an error so this was 30 min taxi ride from where I intended to be and 10 min walk to the nearest subway or grocery store. Then the hotel lobby was under renovation which wasn't a great first impression. Next the first room we were given had a smelly bathroom so we changed to another one that still had a stench. The bathroom was so small there wasn't space to even put a wash bag next to the sink. The room wasn't as big and spacious as it looked in the photos on hotels.com. The room has an electrostatic air purifier which makes noise when zapping dust which woke me up several times during the night. We ended up checking out after one night and moving to the Sheraton. When we checked out early the hotel staff told me I wasn't allowed to leave until they received confirmation from hotels.com who they and I had just talked to over the phone. I waited thirty minutes and then insisted that I had to leave even though the staff tried to tell me I wasn't allowed to leave. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it's a convenient location for you. There are many nicer hotels that are similar in price.
