The customer service from hotel staff at all levels (from the concierge, bell boy, check in staff, daily cleaners) was exceptional. The rooms were clean and modern and location was very central to everything. The Forbidden City (aka Palace Museum) and Tiannamen square was only a 10 minute walk away ...
