"The breakfast was a bit lacking as far as selection but other than that it seriously was one of the best hotels that I've stayed at in a very long time and when checking out I considered not even thinking about other hotels when I visit again. Just that one. The checkout time is later, the breakfast stays open later the pool stays open later. It was great and the staff was great too."

"We had a wonderful stay at The American Club at Destination Kohler. The entire property felt spotless, and the furniture and decor were absolutely beautiful—elegant yet welcoming. Although we didn’t visit the spa, we really enjoyed the pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly heated, making it a relaxing highlight of our stay. A lovely touch in the room was a small box of chocolates waiting for us—it made the experience feel extra special and thoughtful. We also dined at one of the restaurants, where the atmosphere was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, the overall experience and service made it worthwhile. Overall, a charming and memorable stay—we would definitely return!"

"Strange to get to the hotel and have signs on the door asking us to take our shoes off in the lobby. Very thin walls and kids running up and dow the halls all night slamming doors. Bed was comfortable and kitchen area was nice. Towels were dirty. "

"The trip was great we stayed for 3 nights the first night was Saturday, the pool was very very busy with a couple of birthday parties at the same time, this ran over into the next morning causing a crazy and hectic breakfast. On the morning of our departure the hotel lost water and my smile and I were unable to use the restroom for the last few hours. I feel the things that made my trip less than perfect were things most wouldn’t experience I have stayed here many times without issue. The staff is always great. We live the pool area and the pool."

"The room had a bad smell to it and is in desperate need of new carpeting. There was a large, damp, white stain extending out from the dresser that we did not notice until after our daughter fell asleep and we were getting into bed ourselves. There was never anyone at the front desk to talk to. The hot tub smelled like Sulphur so I did not go in it but the pool was okay. Pool room was very dark because several lights were out on the ceiling. The free breakfast was the only good thing about this stay. I wish we had noticed the ick of the room before settling in for the night so we could have at least asked to move rooms. Wouldn't stay here again unless they remodeled."
