The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. Amazing resort and spa/wellness facilities 5*. Breakfast needs more vegetarian options. Lunch and Dinner is very hard for vegetarians also. Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff are generally nice, however the concept of room service rolls out the door very quickly.

The Hotel is in a beautiful location and the Sauna was amazing.

We stayed 4 nights at the Triglav Bled. We had a suite overlooking the lake; it is a most beautiful view. The hotel is a little way up the hillside so the walk up from the lake is quite steep. It is a very pleasant walk of about a mile round the lake to Bled. All of the staff at the hotel were excellent and made us most welcome. Great location 5 mins from Lakeside. Our room didn't have a view of the lake but each floor had a comfortable seating area at a full size window with a wonderful view. We didn't use this, we just got out there. The Staff were very friendly, the dining room was very attractive with lake views and breakfast was outstanding with a great choice of cooked and continental. A gem of a guest house style hotel tucked away up an atmospheric mountain road at the foot of a number of trails, surrounded by forest and with a stream across the front of the property. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options including authentic curry options alongside the more traditional menu. We were made to feel very welcome and were able to check in early. All the staff we met were very helpful and spoke English.

The hotel went out of their way to ensure my wife's birthday was recognised. The staff were really helpful and the price was great value for a good location in a lovely town which is also convenient for the airport. Would thorougly recommend!

Nice spacious rooms with interesting decor throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the use of the spa and the breakfast was really good.

Very modern extremely clean hotel within 10-15 mins walk from town centre. All staff helpful, pleasant and polite. Room would benefit from a tea/ coffee facility given the price point.

Fab food and Manatar was an excellent host ...rooms clean comfortable and plenty of channels on TV...nice location from Train station near shops and buses ....would definitely stay again...I had Steak both nights it was that good and Dunkel 🍻
