"Arrived early and left luggage behind desk. Had lockers for personal items which didn’t work. Asked staff to try. She couldn’t get them to work and turned around without saying anything and left. Very clean No free tea/ coffee in either lobby or room Excellent location"

"Staff in the front was nice. Two things that made me stressed was that the sheet didn’t fit the mattress. The mattress didn’t have a protector. I woke up without sheet on the naked mattress. The other one was the WiFi. It wasn’t working."
