The first night was fine but on the morning of the 5th the hotel advised we would have to move rooms as they had a wedding at the hotel and the bridegroom had specifically asked for the room we were staying ..."

"A great location to stay and easy to get to and from the train station. Had booked using Hotels.com and booked 2 apartments. Whatever the mix up was I got a call saying I hadn’t paid for any of them and was a total mix up. Language barrier didn’t help and would put me off doing it again"

City Wall House by House of Fisher
"Sad to see a 4-star facility degraded to a 2-star one. Furniture and electrical items were in a terrible state. Complaints were met with 'we have reported it to maintenance' which basically means that nothing will be done during your stay! Shower head had to be propped up with rope to stop it falling! ..."
