The hotel is new. It has nice lobby with a pool table and board games. My room had no bathtub.

Overall stay was ok. Hotel is not very soundproof. Highway was very loud, along with hearing guests in their own rooms. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we got to our room, called to have maintenance and there was no maintenance available. My husband just asked if they had a snake and he could take care of it and they weren’t able to provide anything. Employee said he would speak to the manager to have a discount applied on our room and it wasn’t done when we checked out. Employee at check-out didn’t seem to care that we had a problem after we explained we had to wash hands and brush teeth with the shower head. Breakfast area was a mess, nothing refilled, microwave was disgusting.

Every sound from rooms near us was heard. Strobe light from smoke detector mounted on wall was flashing all night. Should be mounted horizontal in a corner. Breakfast buffet ran out of juice, spoons, coffee, cereal while 3 staffers were talking in the room. The flor throughout the hotel creeked like an old wooden building. Not worth the money. Last visit there. Sorry for the negativity.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was just an overnight but the facility was very nice. The seating areas in the lobby/breakfast area were unique and really great. They had 24 hour snacks available for purchase that included some good options like soup, hummus etc. The only thing we didn't care for were the beds. They were very hard feeling to sleep on. But we both have arthritis in our hips so not everyone may find this to be so.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing is the noise from the highway. We turned on the heating cooling unit fan to create some white noise. We were in an even number room and I wonder if being on the other side of the hall would have been quieter. No issues with the rest of the stay.

The shower pressure was great. Very clean. The only thing is that there were no wardrobe or dresser. No coffee maker in the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

AWESOME
Awesome stay , great staff . the was some kids in the room above ours and the were making a lot of noise and jumping around . I call the front desk and he handled it right away and there was no more issues the rest of our stay . breakfast was good (not great but good) , staff was on top of everything . The only Sad thing was that there was not a pool which i knew when i booked the room . , My Grandbaby Loves a good pool lol .

Great place to stay, highly recommend!
The hotel was fabulous, we will staying there again on our return to Canada on Nov 15th. The only disappointment was when we were checking in, two people were sitting there and no one said hello or welcome or anything, we stood there waiting while the two of them exchanged glances and finally one of them said, checking in? We just drove 9 hours and a greeting with a smile would have been great.

This is a nice hotel. I love that they don’t have carpets. The staff was friendly and the room was clean for the most part. The only negative thing that happened was when I woke up the next morning I had 2 small bandaids that were stuck together on my face. They must have been stuck to the pillows or sheets. Ugh!!!
