"there's really not a check in desk, you go to the pizza restaurant to get your keys. Our room had a new TV that requires you to download a Visio app to watch. The only problem is you have to have WIFI. this room had one bar and the TV could not connect to it. The maintenance guy stopped by and he couldn't get it working. Was told electrician are working on this so we got to sit in our room with no TV and no WIFI. The beds are terrible very uncomfortable. The HVAC unit sits right above the beds and blows on you every time the unit turns on. The lake is impossible to get to from the property no access we could find."
