"I rented the room for my neighbors as an anniversary present. The room they got was not the room they wanted nor the room I thought I was renting, based on the website. My neighbors enjoyed their stay but is was disappointing to rent a room that was different than what they wanted and what the website showed . The room was supposed to have a jetted tub in their room, not a hot tub outside. "

"My first room didn’t have working AC or fridge, so I was moved to new room. My second room I noticed over the day was not cleaned well. Dry pee on the back of the toilet seat, hair in the shower, some glitter all over the bathroom counter. Then there was poop on the ledge between the pool and hottub, and when I notified staff they just wiped it up and left. The people above us were partying very loudly until about 3am and even with multiple calls from multiple guests, it was allowed to continue. Won’t stay here again. "

"Friendly staff, water park attached to hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is older and fairly well maintained. That being said the rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear everything especially hotel room doors that kinda had to slam to close. Also I didn’t like that the sofa bed had no bedding. No blankets, pillows or SHEETS. "
