"This spot was 5 min from where I needed to be. Hotel was even nicer in person. I stopped in for a burger after a long drive and wow did it ever hit the spot! Great service too! I was especially impressed when they asked how I wanted my burger done. When a burger can be done rare, you know the quality of the meat is good! Rooms were clean & comfy. I noticed the patio door unlocked and mentioned it to the front staff -- they made note and said they would ensure the housekeeping staff did not let it fall through the cracks. I appreciate their courtesy and responsiveness. I checked out the pool too, mainly to get a soak after the long drive. Hot tub was closed, but pool area was nice. There were also a bunch of other groups enjoying the venue (events, parties, families). Overall a great spot and would definitely book again!"

"They are renovating and the dining area and reception were a mess. Breakfast was disappointing, possibly due to the renovation but both days we went at different times and it was busy with limited choices. Picture showed a hot tub, there is no hot tub. The site also doesn't mention one but my husband was disappointed. Pool was awesome for kids, not warm enough for me. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. We were on the 7th floor and could hear traffic and some jerk revving his engine so high it sounded like muffled gunshots for hours and it was difficult to sleep the first night. "

"I was VERY dissatisfied with the cleanliness of our room. My bed was COVERED in brown stains.. the comforts, sheets and pillows! Absolutely DISGUSTING. There was crust and dirt everywhere. This place has clearly never been cleaned properly. Never staying here again. "

"The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the wifi was hard to get on. Also a shower attachment fell off the wall. Other than that the beds were great, great view, awesome restaurant and the gym was incredible for hotel gym. Was small but had everything and anything you needed. "

"The elevator was broken and we were staying on the sixth floor, which meant we needed to make a phone call every time we wanted to come up and down from the lobby. The pool and hot tub area had no supervision and there were a lot of children jumping in and out of the hot tub and doing unsafe things in the pool area. The room was lovely, the staff was nice. They just seemed totally overrun."

"I honestly have been disappointed the last few times I stayed at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are getting smaller or maybe my kids are just getting big. But the room smelled like stinky feet. The bed had lit all over. The door on the bathroom was broke my mom got locked in. The swimming pool was kinda dirty this go round! The pool closed early for some reason that is generally why we picked the Embassy. But the breakfast was really good. "
