"Absolutely loved my stay at Bikube in Lyon and would definitely return. The unit was incredibly well designed and self-sufficient, with a full private bathroom, kitchenette with an under-counter fridge and freezer, stovetop, wardrobe, and even a cute booth-style dining area. The bed space was set on a slightly raised carpeted platform, which added warmth and character to the room. I do not usually like carpet in hotels, but this was clearly very clean and well maintained. What really stood out, however, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and informative. I especially appreciated that they advised me the following day was a public holiday, meaning many businesses would be closed, and suggested I get anything I needed from the nearby supermarket in advance. They also let me know the on-site restaurant and Uber Eats would still be available, which was very thoughtful. There is also a guest laundry area with detergent and supplies provided, which was a great convenience while travelling. The breakfast, complimentary through my Expedia status, was fresh, delicious, and exactly what was needed after a night out 😄 Overall, a comfortable, stylish, and very well-managed property. Highly recommended."

"I booked this hotel specifically for location, comfort and air conditioning. When I arrived it was warm/hot. When I noticed the air conditioning didn’t work I went to reception I see what I was doing wrong. It turned out that the air conditioning doesn’t work until mid May. I was there the first week in May. The location was great if you are taking the train. The rooms were clean. The amenities such as soap and shampoo were minimal. "
