Internet reception very poor inside building. Fee for premium WiFi needed if you need internet inside your room. Grounds are natural and beautiful. Staff consistently friendly and helpful.

We were extremely disappointed in the check-in experience. We arrived at 2:00 and we were told our room would be available in about an hour.
