The receptionist was nice and helpful but everything else was awful. We had a room on the 1st floor. When we arrived the room smelled like mildew and had stains on the floor but the worst thing was a roach crawled down the curtain and into my son’s bag. I immediately asked for a different room off of the main floor. We were moved to the 3rd floor where the room didn’t smell like mildew but the floor was stained the wall outlet cover in the bathroom was growing mold, and the door wouldn’t shut unless you put force behind it. The whole facility is run down. The outside had a few extra holes by the ac units needing repair. They did have a breakfast where you could make your own waffles and those were good but the dining area was dingy and in need of repair. We will never stay there again

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I won’t even called it a hotel. I seem better places and a lot cleaner hotels in a third world countries. The floor were stain dirty and fill with dead bugs. the bathroom towels were dirty. The bed were stain. Didn’t even past the black light test. Pillow sheets had stains and we found more bugs!!! We tried to get a refund after we denied our stay there because the condition. Staff was super rude. And they didn’t want to refund us. Told us to call Expedia. While we were packing our car. The staff were outside smoking weed. We got bunch of pictures and videos.

The hotel smelled like marijuana, the hotel beside it was probably where it was coming from. The staff was nice, and the hotel was clean.

The pool was very cloudy. Having an inground pool, I was very surprised to see the condition of the hotel's pool. Moreover, I was in room 107. In that room there was a hole in the wall over the tub. The toilet did not have a complete flush, so you had to flush it 3-4 times for it to completely empty, and the towels looked dingy. Palmer

This hotel is conveniently located in Beaufort. They have ample parking and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

Well I checked in last night, as I drove up to the property there is so much going on outside it takes some effort to figure out how to get in or out of the property. As I walked to the room I walked by the indoor pool and took one look at it and wondered what kind of place is this. Then after laying down in the bed I felt like something was crawling on me and my skin was itching. My daughter in the other bed felt the same. I got up and turned on the lights and started inspecting and couldn’t see what it was. The towels are small and thin and rough and they only put in just the quantity of how many guests you say. I am surprised that country inn and suites by raddisson would be this bad. The staff was nice enough but I feel this hotel is nasty and not healthy. I will be seeking other arrangements.

The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets didn’t feel clean. The property needed some work but was manageable. Our room didn’t include wash cloths, but we asked the front desk and they gave us plenty. It seems like our room wasn’t properly cleaned or wasn’t finished being clean by housekeeping.

Property is in need of updating badly. Plumbing fixtures are almost falling off when you try to turn on water. It’s on a busy street to you hear the noise all night. Breakfast is what you expect.

Excellent & accommodating service
Check in was quick although it seems as if the hotel had lots of visitors. The registration clerk was really helpful, quick & nice. I had someone come to decorate the room as a surprise and the accommodated that.

The one bedroom suite was an excellent room with a great price, great comfort and a great location, With exception to MCAS, Country Inn will be my go to during future visits to Beaufort. Oh Yeah Another big plus was their full breakfast.

Third stay here and very happy to see the pool open! Last two times it was closed out whole stays. Got a suite this time and we loved it! What we didn’t like is the early, and I mean early, noise from other guests.

I would not stay at this property again! The staff was horrible-not courteous or helpful. I asked for another bath towel for my room and was told no. The lady told me they didn’t have any more towels because people take them and they don’t have sufficient laundry service. Both the towels and sheets were stained in multiple places. I do not recommend this property!
