"Campanile is always a good bet for a stop-over en route. This one was no exception - friendly staff, adequate room with comfy bed and pets welcome. We had the usual steak frites in the restaurant and we weren’t disappointed. Good value for money and safe on-site parking. "

"Exceptional and considerate service. I was helped by the front desk staff to plan my sightseeing in the area. They ensured that I had all the necessary details for places I would visit. Location was perfect, room was clean, breakfast had a good variety with quality. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Very friendly and helpful lady member of staff, hotel was great for an overnight rest whilst travelling down to Italy. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel has secure parking and all at a very reasonable price."

"The TV and internet in the room did not work and could not be fixed during our stay despite asking twice. Apparently no engineer on site but why put us in this room when most rooms were empty? The evening meal in the Restuarant - my wife’s Cote de Beouf steak was not eatable . We informed the waiter who apologised several times but never offered to replace it. You still charged us in full for it. Real shame as otherwise nice venue that we may have considered using regularly when travelling back from alps to UK, I asked twice at reception for these problems to be considered and no one was available to consider a partial refund or even a gesture of goodwill. Still not heard from hotel more than 24 hours after check out. Very disappointing , still waiting on a formal response to my legitimate service complaint ."
