A highlight of our stay was meeting Sanjay, who ensured we had towels and water for our speedboat ride, making our experience more comfortable despite the rain. These thoughtful gestures set this hotel apart from others. Every meal was a delight, especially the South Indian cuisine prepared by the talented chefs. The buffet offered a variety of dishes catering to all tastes, each prepared with utmost care and quality. A special mention goes to Kamlesh, whose exceptional service and care truly stood out. When I spilled hot tea, Kamlesh immediately brought a cold towel and water. When my wife fell ill, he prepared a soothing drink. His attention to detail and genuine concern for our well-being were exceptional. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by all the staff members at LUX Belle Mare. Our stay has been filled with memorable moments, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We will gladly recommend LUX to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
