Room was fairly clean, bathroom tiles were broken and dirty. Baseboard heater panels were falling off but most concerning was only having a locking door handle - no deadbolt and the chain lock was broken off.

The blinds were broken and full of holes, they couldn't be shut, the bath matt had been stuffed in the corner of the bathroom and it was ripped and fullnof holes. Elevator button on fifth floor had some weird white substance on it (candlewax?) and it took 3 whole days for someone to notice and clean it off. Breakfast was stale and lacklustre. Looks like the ceiling in my room was water damaged.
