"Large adjacent parking lot and easy check-in. Clean and spacious room with good amenities. Breakfast featured homemade brown bread, which was a treat. Great pub just across the street and the Blue Pool nearby. "
"Perfect place to base our Southern Ireland stay out of. Wish we had more time here. Staff went above and beyond in their helpfulness to our travels. Amazing breakfast and dinner at the pub entertaining with live music."

"Big, comfortable, well appointed hotel. Caters to families, but all kinds of travelers there. Room was spacious, nicely decorated and relaxing. Restaurants were busy the whole time we were there, with great food and service. Leisure centre was wonderful, especially the pool. "
"This hotel has rooms above the bar and they are newly remodeled! Very comfortable! Very nice. The bar is amazing and the best one in town. Live music. Service was amazing. Would love to stay here longer."
"Muckross Reserve apartments were in a great location to walk to the nearby Abbey, House & Gardens but a little far out of Killarney to walk (about an hour or 10/15 mins drive). The apartments were furnished well but kitchen utensils/cookware were basic - we could have used a casserole dish for the oven vs just a shallow baking tray.
Other self catering apartments we have stayed in have supplied a welcome pack including basic condiments like oil, salt and pepper, milk and treats vs just tea and coffee sachets and small box of chocolates but we asked for salt and pepper and oil from Colgans next door second day.
All the staff were very friendly and helped us organise taxis for our large party going into town.
Would highly recommend using this as a base to explore the area and Ring of Kerry."
" We were planning this trip “on the fly” booking rooms as we went. Was VERY pleased to have booked House 15. The rooms were wonderfully appointed, bathroom was spacious with modern fixtures and amenities.
Breakfast is offered in the beautiful wine bar connected to the hotel. The breakfast spread had lovely fresh fruit, varieties of meat, cheeses and breads, as well as eggs/bacon to order."
"Classy traditional Irish ambiance. Well-trained attentive helpful staff. Beautifully decorated rooms. Fantastic convenient location to city centre but just off the beaten path. "
