"Great stay, felt clean and homey. My husband and I traveled with our 9 and 11 year old. We had the king bed (which was very comfortable) and the kids slept on thr bunk beds. We appreciated the counter space and mini fridge + the microwave. We traveled 8 hours so we did come with a few food items. We were 45 min from Sand harbor beach but other touristy attractions, stores and restaurants were near by. Perfect distance. We plan on coming again next year. They also have grills outside , we plan on using on our next day. Thanks again!"

"The room was clean but very small. There was nothing open in the Kirkwood area, no ice available. We thought we would be staying in the main building. Overall, it was a good place to sleep."

"We had a great stay here. The property was nice, river access was amazing. We wanted a quiet peaceful get away and we got it. The bar/coffee shop next door topped off the experience. Would definitely stay here again"

"I originally had a better rating but after staying the night I did notice that the staff were using the blower to clear the front of the property a little after 7:00a.m. and it was loud enough to wake us up. I know that we were in one of the front rooms so nothing could be done about the traffic on the street but the noise from staff can be prevented. Also, people were checking in or coming in late and were very loud down the hall after 10:00p.m. Otherwise we had a nice stay."
