"If you want the Ritz this is not for you, if you want a lovely old property that is clean and well maintained, with the MOST helpful and friendly young staff, with a charming restaurant and good food, good continental breakfast and a quaint bar, then you will enjoy the Fairhaven as much as we just have. "Bit mixed… room for the price was very good value but a bit dated, towel radiator was on full and had made the room extremely hot had to get manager to turn off as both plastic tap caps were broke. Bed…very comfortable but could have done with lighter quilt, Food… excellent!!! Service…. excellent!! Breakfast (continental)…. excellent Staff… excellent all of them!!"
