Excellent hotel with lovely spa, pool, rooms, foyer and beach. Walk into Makarska takes about 20 mins with lots of bars and restaurants on the way, some quite tacky. Beach access is easy to roped off area away from watersports. Good choice of Excellent food from the buffet, although some hot dishes could be warmer. Rooftop terrace bar is incredible with spectacular views over the bay towards Brac and Hvar. Would definitely return.

I stayed at the Beach hotel in Podstana, about 15 minute car ride from Split. The hotel was right on the beach front and my room had a balcony, so I had the most amazing sea view. Lovely to wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. My room was spacious with a couch and desk area, the balcony had a small table and 2 chairs.
