The building does not have an elevator and I was on the 2nd floor; the cart was unavailable when I had to change rooms due to a broken toilet. There was no maintenance on site the second time the toilet broke. The key entry to both rooms was a huge challenge. It took multiple times of trying to get the "key" to work, which was very frustrating. "
