The air conditioning was so loud I couldn't sleep and a bug crawled on me while I was trying to sleep causing me to check out early

Carolinna (??) at front desk extremely patient with "hard of hearing" older woman...knowledgeable and helpful. Jesus on cab call/luggage/ whole check-in experience --- OUTSTANDING!

The hotel was OK, but for the price level it does not hit the four or five star level. The location is the prime attraction here, very much in the center of Midtown near all the major spots. Rooms are very clean. The elevators can be slow. The hot water is good when it comes up to the proper heat level. Sometimes it took a while to get there. There is no place to plug in your electronics on one side of the bed. On the other side there is. They need more plugs, etc. No robes or slippers. No art on the walls of any kind. The coffee on the third floor is a nice amenity, but the milk used in the lattes and cappuccino may seem a bit off. The restaurant on site is very small and it’s a hit or miss proposition when it comes to quality. The staff is good, but does the bare minimum
