"Fabulous beach view. Beach just steps away. The sea is wonderful for swimming and snorkelling, water sports available in walking distance. Beach bar and restaurants just steps away. Our favourite was Amigos, turn left along the beach. Cleanliness exceptional. Friendliness of the hosts exceptional, they could not do enough to assist. Each day there were sun loungers put out on the beach for us, and umbrellas. The owner was swift to carry our heavy bags downstairs. Nothing too much trouble. Fresh towels and linen every 3 days. There is a bakery close by, fresh bread and pastries every day, and 2 local supermarkets in walking distance. We didn’t go down for breakfast, but would imagine it would be lovely and definitely served with a smile. Our room had 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, I think it may be divided into 2 separate rooms at busier times. September is a fabulous month to visit Podstrana. The walk along the seafront in either direction was a pleasure, to get a bit of exercise! As a positive criticism- it was a bit of a challenge to make meals to eat in, as there is no oven, grill or microwave, and only 1 pan. As we were there for a fortnight we would have benefitted from those things as we didn’t want to eat out every night, but we did manage. Uber is readily available, and the bus into Split goes from outside the apartments. Traffic was very bad though, and we were happy staying local in the glorious sunshine"

"The views from our appt were amazing with stunning sunsets. However it was advertised with a pool on expedia. When we got there the pool was had not been operational in some time. Expedia needs to update the wedsite. Otherwise the appartment was nice, clean and had a little kitchenette. Our friends we travelled with were on the same floor. All appartments were great. Only issue was the shower in our room. The water pressure was not the greatest, however would not deter us from staying here again. There is a grocery store and a great pizza place across a very busy road with easy access through a walkway under the street. The promenade(just a short walk from the hotel) had easy access to the Sea and other restaurants and bars. The beach chairs belong to the hotel next to the Residence for hotel guests only. It would have cost us 35 Euro to use them.. We walked a short distance south of the hotel where chairs were 10 euro just in front of the restaurant, The Olive Garden. The waiters served us beverages so we didn't have to get up! What an amazing day we spent at the beach."

The staff at this hotel was outstanding and I could not fault a thing, food great. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back. Just amazing.."

"We can’t fault anything about the property. Situated in a quite street a few mins walk from a little shop (for essentials) and few mins further to the main road and regular buses into Split. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped too. The pool area is well maintained with enough sun beds to not need a morning rush down to nab one. If I were to come back, I definitely choose to stay again"
