We particularly enjoyed the pool and pool bar ;-) There was easy access to everything we needed, including a small convenience store to stock up on needed items. Our room was on two levels, so the upper level beds were very close to the ceiling. There was no water kettle in the room and not even glasses to brush teeth."

"Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service."

"The staff were extremely helpful but the property is in need of repair. We had to move 2x due ac issues. The flooring around the pool is a tripping hazard like in over half the space. The main mutate golf course looks dilapidated. The pay restaurants are good and reasonable priced. ."
