"Hotel Bristol Palace, Genoa — A Beautiful, Central Stay with Old-World Charm We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol Palace in Genoa. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the historic center, shops, restaurants, and major sights. It made exploring Genoa effortless. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character. The classic interiors, grand staircase, and beautifully maintained public spaces give it a genuinely special atmosphere that feels far more memorable than a typical modern hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the on-site restaurant was a pleasant bonus. Valet parking was also convenient for a central Genoa hotel. If you want a well-located, charming, and comfortable base for exploring Genoa, Hotel Bristol Palace is an easy recommendation. We would happily stay here again. Alfred Hitchcock was right."

A/C worked very well, very convenient location for subway, food, bus, etc. I had an issue with bath tub accumulating water, the plumber showed up right away and took care of the problem. "The hotel itself was brilliant. The staff were so helpful before and during my stay. The room was clean, very spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a cold buffet of cake, pastries etc and set me up for the day. The hotel very helpfully warned me that it is not in the tourist part of Genoa, and I would not advise walking around this particular area and the area is noisy but the hotel provide earplugs. However, this is not the hotel’s fault and I got taxis to the hotel and then into Genoa and it was fine. I would stay here again. "
