"The staff was very professional and very helpful. The rooms were OK. They were not the cleanest, the beds were made, and the showers definitely needed some TLC and a good scrub down. The lobby area was OK. The design and set up was nice. However, the furniture was made of cloth and you could see stains that a good shampoo of the upholstered furniture would have made a better impression when First checking in. The leather furniture could have used a good scrub down as well. Although the staff was helpful and very professional, the establishment could use a little more care in their facility. If you’re paying about four to $500 for a room for a weekend times however many hotel rooms are booked. Use some of the money to really update and clean your establishment and I feel like taking a little pride in what you have and take really good care of it will go a long way with your guests and potential guests. Thank you."

"I spent my birthday week here and I’m so happy with my decision. It was amazing. I wish I knew the name of the woman that I spoke to when I called because she was an angel. I told her it would be my birthday. She said oh really I’m gonna have a surprise for you! When I arrived at the hotel, I arrived to the most beautiful surprise from the hotel! I won’t say what it was because I don’t want to spoil it for the next person lol. But I was so surprised and happy. The layout of the room was nice. I love the balcony and the view of the ocean was amazing. Everything was clean. The pool and the hot tub were nice. The outdoor area of the pool is really nice as well. The hotel does have an elevator. That was something I was confused about before I arrived based off of other reviews that I had read. If you’re thinking about booking, go ahead and do it you won’t regret it."

"No frills ocean front hotel with indoor pool, typical for the area. Location is within easy walking distance to haunted house attraction, mini golf, mirror maze. Good for families to enjoy both beach and activities."

"Our family had a nice stay! Other than a slight confusion on the room type we booked vs what were initially given, it was quickly resolved, and we stayed comfortably in the suite we booked. The staff we encountered were all very nice. Our room was very clean and had great amenities making our stay comfortable, especially the washer and dryer onsite. Only downside is that the shower in the suite doesn’t have a door to close off from the bedroom, which was a little inconvenient for us when kiddos went to sleep."
