"Breakfast was exceptional and we loved the private table seating. Rooms very clean and cute. The dormer windows need repair. The staff was mostly pleasant. Some not so warm and friendly but orhers always smiling and pleasant. Location is perfect. All in all, very nice place to stay."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with the in room coffee maker and a rep was sent to my room to fix the problem. One day I forgot to pull the "do not disturb" sign and needed towels late (6 7pm?). I called & the towels quickly arrived. Always a "good morning" and a return smile. You are appreciated at the Cape May Icona. "
