"Room was clean & comfortable. Front desk allowed me to check in early after a flight change. This hotel is advertised as having a free airport shuttle, which is why I booked. I was not notified until the day before I arrived that the shuttle only runs 8 times in the morning & 8 times in the evening. I still had to pay for transportation."

"I was very surprised when I arrived to find this is a hostel as there is no indication in the description and I wouldn’t have booked had I known this was the case. It was clean and practical but not in the best area. We had to walk here at night from the train station and I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area as there were quite a few gangs hanging around. The room was very basic with no tea or coffee facilities and no remote control for the TV. Everything was clean but dated looking. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot to choose from. Staff were nice but I felt very out of place in a hostel where most of the clientele were large groups of young people."
