"Everything was great except front desk staff. The 3 times we had to interact they were on their cell phones and it was as if we were bothering them. One encounter was due to lack of housekeeping that day and the reply from the girl at the desk was “so what do you want me to do?”. For such a great hotel they really need to step up the face of the hotel."
"My family and I loved this hotel. Dog friendly, nice pool, right on the bay and a quick walk to the beach. It was clean, quiet and great location. My kids loved the dock and we went out on it daily. The only thing is next to the hotel is a nightclub. On Friday and Saturday night it can get a little crowded outside the resort but I couldn’t hear anything from our room so it didn’t affect us at all except when out walking our dog on the streets those two nights. The other nights were great. Would absolutely come again, get a bay side view!!!"
