The best thing about the hotel is the price, but you get what you pay for. The rooms are very small, there were no amenities in the room (mini-fridge, coffee nor tea, water, facial tissues, one pillow each, small work space). Parking is around the corner and not particularly easy to get to. There wasn't a place to park for check-in, which was two stories up from the entry door. Staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly.

The hotel has plenty of nice amenities, and the front desk is very helpful (especially in answering questions about the area and in getting a ride to the airport set up). The best part may be the location--right near the Marktplatz (with plenty of shopping/dining nearby). You are within a couple minutes walking distance from major sites like the Margravial Opera House and the Richard Wagner home. If you are in Bayreuth for the Wagner festival, it's about a 30 minute walk to the Festspielhaus. The hotel also offers a shuttle there for 7 euro (but not back). Enjoy the hotel and the city!

Excellent, professionally run hotel
Very pleasant well organized hotel. Excellent, clean, well-equipped room. Very attractive, nutritious breakfast. No parking on site but this was only a minor issue due to plenty of inexpensive 24 hour public parking nearby.

Very basic hotel with bad accoustic
Centrally located, breakfast OK, no need for check out. The hotel was supposedly without a check-in, but there were no extra pillows in the room, which we had asked for earlier, so a visit to the reception (which is only open 2 hours in the afternoon!!!) was essential. Very BAD accoustic, you can easily hear what neighbours are talking about! Very noisy bathroom ventilator which you cannot switch off.

Wände waren mehr Sichtschutz als Schallschutz. Sehr hellhörig, sowohl der Handy Vibrationsalarm aus dem Nebenzimmer als auch die Schritte im Haus. Lüftung im Badezimmer auch sehr laut und läuft sehr lange. Rest aber Unordnung. Bäcker gleich um die Ecke.

Wir waren zwei Übernachtungen dort, das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alle im Haus waren super freundlich die Zimmer sind top in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem total ruhig. Jederzeit gerne wieder. LG Familie Torsten & Ulrike Berger

Sentralt og relativt nytt hotell
Veldig sentralt beliggende hotell, som fremstår i meget god stand. Et lite minus er frokosten, som holder enkel standard. Det finnes imidlertid flere kafeer og restauranter i nærheten for de som ikke ønsker hotellets frokost.

Für Fahrrad Tour Gruppen nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist noch ziemlich neu und sauber. Meines Erachtens etwas überteuert, aber es waren natürlich auch die Wagner Festspiele zu der Zeit. Im Zimmer gibt es zu wenig Steckdosen. Was ganz schlecht gelöst ist, ist der Fahrrad/Lagerraum. Er liegt im 1. Stock des Hotels und ein Fahrrad passt nicht in den Aufzug. Für unsere E-Bike Fahrer Gruppe von 10 Leuten ein Unding, da man die schweren Fahrräder eineinhalb Stockwerke hochtragen musste. Für Fahrradfahrer auf mehrtägiger Tour also nicht zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück - musste man extra bezahlen - war aber sehr gut.

B&B ist wie immer zuverlässig und unkompliziert. In dieser Unterkunft in Bayreuth ist allerdings in Bezug auf die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals noch viel Luft nach oben.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Unterkunft befindet sich äußerst zentral, und Ausflüge sind von hier aus sehr gut möglich. Mit einem E-Kennzeichen kann man im Innenstadtbereich 2h kostenlos parken, ansonsten gibt es ein Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war nicht unbedingt mit der gebotenen Sorgfalt gereinigt. Die Betten waren einwandfrei sauber, aber in den Ecken lagen noch Krümel, die beim Saugen nicht erwischt wurden und in der Garderobe stand noch eine offene Bierdose. Alles in allem ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Ich kannte schon das Hotel von früher. Es ist genau so gut wie vor einem Jahr. Die Lage und das alte Gebäude ist super Personal ist höflich und professionell, sehr angenehm. Der Preis zu Festspielen ist zu hoch, aber wenn die leute zahlen ….
