Staff especially during check-in was very rude. The room was only cleaned once in 3 night stay. Had to request clean towels and than go downstairs to get it on my own. The personal some were rude. The bedding was terrible quality not even cotton.

Loved the style and vibe of this hotel. Room and decor were very cool. Room was very clean, although, there was some dust on the baseboards. It was also stocked with beverages and snacks, which was very convenient. Staff was friendly, offering easy check-in and check-out. Valet was fast and polite.

No Wifi. Repeat, no wifi. I had to use my hotspot. Also, received unrequested wake-up calls (2x) on the 2nd morning of my stay at 6:20 am.
The property is tired-looking and long overdue for a renovation. Bathrooms are old with fabric shower curtains. There are no plugs next to the beds, and the key card never worked properly.
The staff is lovely - this was the main positive.

No indication that it’s an outdoor motel on the website. No help from desk check in on where you have to go (clear across a courtyard to another building), hard bed, paper thin walls, dusky smell, overall old/tired motel feeling. So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful.
