Good AC , WiFi and TV comfy bed, great housekeeper. Lots of stairs if you have bad knees this is probably not the place for you. The place itself was quiet but late night street noise. The neighborhood is a little rundown but I felt safe. I honestly didn’t go out much because I was working.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The entire property is beautiful, extremely well maintained, and incredibly clean. You can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in the resort.
Every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed interested in making sure we had a great experience. The level of service throughout the resort was excellent.
The food was also fantastic. Everything we tried was fresh, well prepared, and exceeded our expectations. Between the restaurants, the beautiful grounds, the pools, and the overall atmosphere, the resort really delivered the relaxing Puerto Rico experience we were hoping for.
Our room and the common areas were spotless, and the entire property felt peaceful, comfortable, and well cared for. What impressed us most was the consistency great service, great food, beautiful surroundings, and excellent cleanliness throughout our entire stay.
We came to Puerto Rico for a family vacation and left with some incredible memories. My wife and son had an amazing time, and that alone made the trip special for me.
We would absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico again and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, family-friendly resort in Puerto Rico.
