"The hotel is okay, we stayed for two nights, room was noisy as is located next to busy road, breakfast really nice unfortunately they only servings it after 9am even it says breakfast hours between 7-10, when we asked if we can have it at 8am they told as the quickest can be 8:30 unfortunately that was to late for us, we have booked room for three 2 adults and 1 child but for me that room was double, there was no bed for our son just the sofa seater where he slept, I don't think that adult can...

"This was by far the best stay we had over 2 weeks in Turkey and one of the best house rentals we've had. The house was beautifully designed and spacious for our family of 4; the air conditioning worked very well despite afternoon temps in the high 90s; and the location was perfect for visiting Ephesus. The manager also kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from Sirince so we could do some evening wine tasting there. It was a terrific place to stay. "

"This was a beautiful property with 5-star amenities but unfortunately the front desk and general manager need better customer service skills/training. They are striving to be a top tier resort but management needs to be more customer service focussed. They charged me extra for an error which was caused by the hotel. This was very upsetting. We have stayed at numerous 5-star resorts around the world and this type of situation would have never occurred. I will not return or recommend this property...
