"Smelled like cigarettes at the check in desk. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times as our cards wouldn’t open our room door. Upgrades needed but for $100/night stay, it was ok. Breakfast didn’t look good so we went to a local restaurant. "

"A clean bathroom was a plus. I am very particular about that. We were on the first floor, and it was loud. Excellent breakfast and happy-hour snacks were a nice treat. Rates were excellent, except for parking, which was ridiculous! "

"Our stay at the Westin Cleveland was extremely disappointing. The first room they put us in was clearly not cleaned properly — the tub had dirt and debris all over it and the shower wouldn’t even get hot. After complaining, they moved us to another room, which somehow wasn’t any better. The second bathroom had a hair sitting in the tub and the shower only got lukewarm.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude when we checked out, and when we tried calling from the room earlier in the stay they simply stopped answering the phone after moving us to the second room. Overall, it felt like cleanliness and customer service were the last thing this hotel cared about. Very disappointing experience."
