"The staff were great. All were friendly and helpful! The room was clean and had no odors! The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was very good! And the coffee and tea bar available 24/7 was a major perk!! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"We ended up having a nice evening, but when we checked in we were not given our complimentary food/drink voucher. We called the check in desk, she apologized and said we could pick up anytime. We enjoyed the buffet that night, gambled and called it a night. My husband gets up earlier than I do, and went to pick up the voucher to get coffee and breakfast and they wouldn't give it to him. When I woke up I called and asked if they could send it to my room, as it wasn't given to us at check in, I wasn't dressed yet, and check out was at 11:00. They didn't have anyone they could send I was told. It was our first time there, we basically didn't feel like guests much of the time and more like a bother. We never picked up the voucher and promptly checked out at 11:00."
