"We had an 'accessible' room which was spacious and well equipped. The premium rooms were much smaller and would have felt a bit cramped. Nice swimming pool but, typically, the hot tub and the steam room weren't operational. Breakfast was good value and excellent quality. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Some annoying noise at night - people talking in corridor, dog yapping, coach idling outside at 7.15am - but that's human beings for you."

"Hotel and staff are fab this is my 3rd stay within months and it’s now a firm fav, what makes this hotel is the nice clean rooms but mostly the brilliant staff they cannot do enough for you, they treat you like a friend, polite cheery and knowledgeable. The brekkie is a buffet style vegan sausages to order should you want them, scrambled eggs mushrooms sausages bacon beans hash browns and hot porridge, lots of cold foods and the bread selection is great. Just what you need to start the day. Easy to have food delivered in from local shops should you need too but the food in the hotel for evening meal is nice and fairly priced."
